What is the capacity of ice cream holding tank. How much of my hard ice cream can I feed into the machine at the start. Does the whipping of the ice cream put air into it for more Volume. Thanks

The amount of ice cream depends on the capacity of the cup you prepare yourself. The blizzard machine has a stirring function and does not puff.
