When I use a die to cut out a shape, it leaves an imprint on platform B. Is that normal?

Yes, this is normal. Platform B is a consumable and may develop imprints from die cutting. Replacement platforms are available separately. Please ensure the sharp side of the die faces the paper during use and is not placed upside down.
