Does it have a minimum level?

For products with a maximum capacity of 2.5L, the lowest graduation mark is 1L. The more contact surface with the evaporator, the better, as it covers the evaporator and maximizes cooling efficiency.

Does the 2.6l slushie machine have a digital temperature reading? Mine just rotates clockwise until saying COOL. I can't find any information in the manual or online.
