Is the 8-bar towel rack in Matte, black? All of the other sizes have a photo showing the Matte option is black. However, the 8-bar in Matte appears to be silver based on the photo.
How does this wall mounted, heated towel rack connect to power? Is there a pug, or does it need to be connected into the wiring in the wall? Please advise.
