Yes....it would work. just be mindfull of the amperage on that outlet as it usually runs on 30 amps and if you run the charger at 32 amps you my trip the breaker.......charge at 24amps and you'll be fine.

You can swap out the dryer plug to this one and it would work. The dryer plug has one L shaped hole. But you would not be able to plug in the dryer.
We use the regular 120 and it charges all night for our PHEV needs.
