Are the trays shipped separately from the display unit? I just put the display case together and there were no shelves/trays! I just got it yesterday and put together SO I can use it as my main display tomorrow but THERE ARE NO TRAYS!?! I am extremely disappointed. Customer support was of no help this morning when I chatted.
