I put in all ingredients per recipe in book, turned on machine, menu, chose #2 Sweet bread, hit start. It seemed to be doing something but now it’s off. What now?

Hello, It is normal that the machine stops temporarily during the program. The bread maker will pause automatically for dough resting and fermentation, this is not a malfunction. Please keep the lid closed and wait, it will start working again by itself and finish the baking process. If it remains off and does not restart after a long while, please unplug the machine for 10 minutes, then plug it back in and reselect menu #2 Sweet bread to start over.

How can I change the g from 750g to 1000g? Or does it adjust automatically between bread types?
