Do these open left to right or right to left?

Do they have to open to the left? I have a 14’ wide set of patio windows with French doors in the middle. I need a 7’ wide set to open to the left and another 7’ section to open to the right. Can that be done?

If you buy two curtains connected together, you can't open one from the left and the other from the right. They need to open in the same direction. A single curtain, if not connected, can open to the left or right.

What does half shading mean?
