For 99ES model aluminum screws to be welded, the following conditions must be met: 1. Diameter approximately 3-6mm. 2. The shape must be machined to a machine-configured shape (with a 1mm pointed tip). 3. 6000 series aluminum should be selected as the material if possible.
As long as the above conditions are met, welding is possible; there are no requirements regarding the thread pitch.
