Do you need to wear eye protection when working around this light? Can it damage eyes?

If you are not facing the light, you can choose not to wear it. If you are facing the light, you must wear goggles. The light is relatively strong. Wearing goggles is definitely a good idea.

Am I able to connect three 200w grow lights together so they are all powered off from one power cord? If so, between the 10v and dimmer plug in port, what is the sequence that I plug them into each other?

Each lamp must be connected to the power cord for the product to work. The lamps can be connected together through the RJ12 port. Up to 30 lamps can be connected in parallel. Dimming must be done through the controller. The VR knob of the product is turned to the EXIT position.
