There is no need to lock the room. If you must have this function, this product does not support it.

Yes, the app can generally register a fingerprint/user and assign that user access to multiple compatible locks. The lock also has an interior privacy/inside-lock function, and the Auto-Lock feature can be disabled through the lock/app settings.
