Do I need a lithium charger installed in my vehicle if I want to use this to replace my lead acid battery?
Ideally, lithium-ion batteries require a higher charging voltage than lead-acid batteries. If you use a lead-acid charger, not only will the lower charging voltage prevent the battery from fully charging, but the lower charging current will also result in a longer charging time.

I don’t understand the charge switch and the discharge switch. Do I need to use them when I charge and when I want the battery to discharge while using please explain
The charge/discharge switches are controlled through the app. They allow you to enable or disable the charging and discharging functions. For normal operation, keep the corresponding functions enabled. You can download the app by searching for “JBD BMS” in the app store.
