Why doesn’t this Equipment? I just bought recently have the ability to use a thumb drive to leave a customer with a video of what’s going in the store or at least allow us using the machine to take a video and then take it back to the office and attach it to a thumb drive we are used to taking videos of dreams and attaching them to a software under the customer’s name.
this device cannot use a USB flash drive; it uses a TF card for video storage. This is a design feature of the product and not a quality issue. If you need to take the recorded videos back to the office for storage and archive them by customer name, you can remove the TF card from the device, use a card reader to connect it to a computer, and export the videos.
