The thread on the discharge valve is 1 1/2” pipe thread.

The maximum safe pressure is 120 psi for this device. The pressure to fill the tank is regulated by the source, i.e. your air compressor. 120 psi is more than enough for sealing the bead of your tire. Be sure to use hearing protection, because the release of the air at that pressure is extremely loud. All this is my experience with this bazooka, which is appropriately named.

This one isn’t as strong as the 5 gallon tanks. It’s only used for convenience purposes.

This one would be a bit shy on volume for truck tires. Works fine for 14 inch sxs tires. I would buy the 5 gal. for 18 inch tires.

The valve broke the 3rd time I used it. I’m not sure I would buy this again.
