DZ5200LS-QX Can this unit adjust the coolant to 35~40°F?

This can control the temperature and cool down. There is no way to raise the temperature. It depends on how much you cool it. For example, you can cool a liquid of 50 degrees. If the liquid is 29 degrees, you cannot raise the temperature to 35 degrees.

What is the heat dissapation rate? It says the Nominal Cooling Capacity is 1700w but that it different isn't? Is it suitable to cool 500-800w components?

If the water is already below 20C, can it cool to 5C? What is the minimum temperature setting?
