According to the description there are only 2 ridge brackets, but if you look at their placement in the picture you would actually need 4, 2 for each side. Is the description wrong? How can you get 2 extra ridge brackets?

Re the 14 piece pergola set. Is the description of the pieces accurate? Listed are 4 3-ways, 4 3-ways, 4 railing bases, and 2 ridge pieces. In order to build the pergola shown, I would think you need 4 4-ways rather than the 8 3-ways. Or are two brackets used at some of the connections?

This product does not require eight tees. Two pieces form a set and are assembled to function as a four-way connector.

can I make the pitch of the roof shorter? it looks like it will be 7 feet high once put together with that pitch not including base posts .
