Can any of these carts be PULLED UPSTAIRS?
Sorry I do not know I take elevator I am a senior and have not tried to pull onto stairs but I am sure you can also it depends how many stairs. I find this buggy is sturdy and I shop for the whole month so it gets me home.

Please provide additional specifications on the front casters i.e. the stem bolt type including the size and length. For example 1/2 in. 13x1. 13=thread, & 1=length in inches
Do the wheels contain ball bearings for smoothness and quietness? Do they rattle loudly when used on rough surfaces while the cart is empty?
