What is the maximum inlet water temperature it can handle? If the flow rate is okay, could it cool water down from 80 to 25 C?

If the temperature difference is large and the flow rate is small, it can be achieved. You need to add a control valve to manually adjust it and adjust it according to the temperature and flow rate.

Do you have a manual for more than just the controller? I am trying to determine the size of the reservoir within the 5HP unit so I know how much water to glycol I need to mix to have a 30% glycol mixture.

Does this (VEVOR Air-Cooled Chiller Industrial 5 Ton, 5HP) work on 208V 60Hz power? The spec says 220V but that will not be convenient. If it runs on 208 with degraded performance that may be ok but please clairfy.
