Light does not come on around the mirror. Everything else works.

Hello, is the light on the mirror switch coming on? You might try unplugging and replugging the connection cable between the door panel and the interior of the cabinet; it could be caused by a loose connection. If this answer does not resolve your issue, please contact us again for assistance.

I would like the actual measurements for recessed installation. Also if possible is there information on the interior dimensions? This would be for model CAS-305. Thank You.

Can i install this upside-down so the hinge is on the right?

We do not recommend this installation method because the mirror's switch is located at the bottom of the product, making it inconvenient to operate if installed upside down. Furthermore, there are a series of electronic components inside the cabinet at the top, so we do not recommend installing it upside down.
