why does the 35amp charger have listed the same maximum charge current of 20amps listed as the 20amp charger. Surely a 35amp charger should deliver more amps, or they would be the same
There are three output voltages in total. Different voltages will have corresponding currents. When 12V is selected for 35 amps, the maximum current is 35A. The maximum current of 20 amps is only 20A.
According to the product description, it can charge lithium batteries safely. The charger has over-current, short-circuit, reverse polarity, overheat, and over-voltage protection for safe charging.
