This item does not hold a roll of anything. It is for rolling laminate onto vinyl or rolling vinyl onto a substrate.

No, I believe it's only 1".

Your roll doesn't go on the machine. Lay your graphic down on your bench. Cut laminate to fit it. I usually add a small piece of masking tape to hold the piece's together. Line it up in the roller and slowly run it 1/2 way up the graphic. Peal off half of your backing paper and run it through it. Then do the same thing to the other side. Look on utube and there are some videos on how it's used. I like mine a lot if that helps, good luck

You can’t mount a roll on this laminator. It’s just a set of soft pinch rollers with a very small fold out table and hand crank. I’ve only used it to apply large format stickers and cold laminate. Two sided adhesive would be tricky on this device.

First, the Cold Laminator Machine is 3-3.3 inches in diameter of the upper rubber roller , and the diameter of the lower rubber roller of that is 3 inches. Second, this is only suitable for cold lamination film, and is not suitable for double film use. So this will not fit your double side roll carboard.

Not sure if I'm interpreting youe question correctly, but it looks like you are asking if your lam roll will fit on this unit...this is does not have a feed roll or take-up roll. You would need a separate feed roller, as the 2 rolls are for applying pressure to substrate and laminate together.
