Can other Windows based design & cutting software be used with these cutters, or must it be the included software?

It is recommended that you use the software that comes with the machine. Customers can use their own software to create files, convert them into plt, dxf and other formats and import them into our software for output.

I have 2 questions. 1, How do I keep the vinyl from having roll lines? 2, How can I stop the vinyl from shifting during cutting?

During the cutting process, make sure that the upper pressure wheel and the lower aluminum roller tightly press the material. You can slow down the cutting speed.
