If you have lost the disk and key, and have used it before (we required an email address to be bound to it before it could be used normally), we can retrieve the PSN key of your engraving machine through the email address you provided. Please provide the email address you bound to it at that time. If you bought a second-hand product, you can ask the person who sold you the machine and ask for the bound email address. If you can't find it, please contact us again.

Our machine can only cut vector graphics, not pictures.

The machine can be connected to the included software Signmaster. The minimum letter is 5 mm, the thickness of the soft roll with adhesive is no more than 1 mm, and only vector graphics can be cut.
