Not very thick, I will tell you that if your looking for a stable seat look for another brand, vevo is a good company but failed on this one.

I did not buy these particular vivor items. I bought a hydraulic roller stool from this company. I can tell you all the products from this company are very well-made. The wheels are approximately 5/8 of an inch thick on the product I bought and they have held up quite well. I use my stool for jobs and everything that you would use low profile on a car.

Don't buy this product, spend the money on a better quality one.
