Yes depending on the air pressure you have it under. We have about 120-150psi and it will easily do strut bolts as long as you aren't using a long extension that will reduce its power

It should with no problem and you need to make sure if the manufacturer did or did not use Locktite of some type. This would mean that you may have to use heat. Use caution with this job and be safe .good luck.
