Does this turn on and off the heater at desired temperatures?

This product requires manual startup upon first use. After startup, manually activate the automatic start/stop function (it will shut down when the set temperature is reached and start up when the temperature drops below the set temperature). Historical settings will be cleared upon power failure or shutdown.
