What is the minimum configuration for the device? Android version, hardware manufacturer, etc. For example: The app doesn't work on a Xiaomi Redmi Note 7! It keeps showing that I should connect the camera. Otherwise, it works perfectly on other devices!
Google has recently uploaded this HT-203U APP, you can download it again and try it. Check whether the OTG function is turned off in your phone, search for OTG in the phone settings and turn it on; some phones have OTG turned on by default, and some phones are not turned on and cannot power external devices. After the OTG interface is turned on, restart the corresponding 203U APP.

Will this work to find honeybees living in a wall of a house?
No, the product does not have a penetrating function. However, if there is a nest of bees together, their overall temperature is higher than the ambient temperature, and the depth in the wall is about 5CM. If the temperature can penetrate the wall to the surface, then it can be found. The infrared thermal imager only finds the surface temperature and cannot actually penetrate.
