How does it only have a 130lb load capacity if I'm 140 lbs and then my kart adds more to it. Is it 130 lbs × 2 rims equalling 260lbs total?

Not sure about the load capacity.But if you do not have the hubs for these rims do not order these rims hubs are impossible to get
