Is there any special software I could use to line up images and text, showing how it would be displayed on the tumbler before printing the sublimation coating. Can I use a photo quality printer? Thanks in advance for any reply.

No, you must use a printer that can use sublimation ink, otherwise there will be no pattern on the cup.
