I did not use glue or any type of adhesive. I use it on my screen porch and it stays in place just fine.

It depends on what type of floor you glue it on cleanup can be a challenge.

In my application i only glued around the edges to prevent creep. Damage to the floor depends on the glue you're using. It has nothing to do with the carpet.

the carpeting is very good and easy to work with. i did an area similar to yours. this is what i did, put the glue on the edge of the carpet, about 2 inches from the edge, working from the short end out, applying the glue as i went. i did not apply glue to the entire carpet, this way it is easy to remove. a tip; roll out the carpet an let it warm up and stretch out. as you glue it do not allow any air bubbles in or creases. use a 2x4 to flatten it as you go. mine is holding up well in the rain, wind and snow. good luck

Just installed new and have no reason to rip it off so soon yet, so not sure.

I would say yes but only if you can turn OFF the brushing action. I recently spilled a bunch of spaghetti sauce on mine. The carpet cleaned up easily with soapy water and a ShopVac. Suction is the key, not scrubbing.

You should be able to, it is pretty substantial.

It is marine carpet which means it is designed to be exposed to wet conditions. However, as with all things marine, if your conditions are extreme then you may encounter mold and mildew. If you are careful and take appropriate care this carpeting should last for years without any mold or mildew.

It seems to. We put it on our outside deck,nice carpet.

I have had problems with neither it’s very durable

I am sorry but I do not have an answer for that as I never cut mine. I do know this though, I just laid mine down on a cement porch without glue and it have NEVER curled whatsoever and I have had it months

I would think it would lay flat as it is heavy material. .I use mine on the outside porch..

It lays flat, but if your foot catches the edge it can roll up a bit. Best thing to do is secure it at the edges if you are not going to glue it down. I have this installed on my boat and so far so good except for one little spot at the edge, but that is easily fixed with a simple fastener that attaches to my boat floor.. if you don’t want to glue it then maybe you can use Velcro at different spots on the edge. This is an excellent rug, but it is thin and I guess when there is a will there is a way..

Mine hasn't yet, but then again I bought some outdoor carpet glue to use around the edges. Used it as a precaution.

I don't think the carpet will curl up on the inside. I used it on the outside.

We used it on our front porch. We used a floor tape on the edges.
