To reduce foam: Keep the beer and keg properly chilled (typically 36–38°F / 2–3°C). Set the CO₂ pressure correctly for your beer style. Make sure the beer lines are clean and the connections are airtight. Pour into a clean glass held at about a 45° angle, then straighten it as it fills.
