The F1807's brass ring requires a separate caliper; the machine itself is universal.

Can I use this device with Vevor mega press jaws and the vevor propress jaws or are these apex jaws specific to this tool only?

This equipment is compatible with Mega Press calipers. The machine is universal. Just replace the calipers. Replacing them with 24kN calipers will ensure compatibility with this machine.
