By what mechanism is this unit heated or cooled? Is the heating element or other method included? Please explain how i reach and hold my target temperature of 175F.
Can this fermenter handle "no chill" brewing. That is, do you have to chill the wart first before putting it in the fermenter or can you transfer the boiling wart to the vessel and let it cool naturally without harming the vessel.
