You say the power source of the heat is "power bank". This implies "Battery". So, does this charge up and bring the electricity with it or does it have to be plugged into continuous power for heat? Cause one way you have a warm butt at a football game, and the other way, you are cold, but with a cord. If there is a battery what is its voltage and capacity. And either way.. what is the voltage and plug style?
