Is this heater 220v or 110v… the specifications conflicts with the answer given by vector regarding power supply??

What AMP Breaker is required for this? The specifications say 230AMP, but that is a HUGE breaker. Should it be a 2 pole 30AMP breaker?

Will this unit shut off if the incoming water supply from an on-demand water heater reaches the set temperature on this unit? I want to use it under a sink some distance from main water heater so I don't have to wait for hot water, then have it shut off when incoming water is hot enough.
