i purchased two 6" actuators about a week ago and only need 3-4" of travel. Can l exchange these for two 4" travel actuators? also when my lift gets to full open position does it have a power cutout or could l burn out my motor on the actuator? I cannot see my actuators from my position behind the wheel. Also do you have a phone number I could call one of your techs on?
It cannot be replaced. If the installation distance is correct, the motor will stop when it reaches the front and rear limit switches. If the installation distance is incorrect, the product will be damaged.
