Because this 110V electric fuel transfer pump requires an AC power source to run its motor, extracting fuel without electricity requires using a manual siphon pump with a rubber squeeze bulb, a hand-crank rotary drum pump, or a 12V DC battery-powered transfer pump connected to a vehicle battery

To remove the protective shipping plug or dust cap from the bottom intake, unscrew the plastic shipping cap counterclockwise by hand (or use pliers for extra grip), remove the 1" NPT threaded bung adapter, and detach any red protective thread covers. Once the opening is clear, wrap pipe thread sealant tape (PTFE) around the male threads of your rigid suction pipe or PVC hose fitting and screw it clockwise into the pump’s 1" bottom inlet until fully tight and leak-free.

This product requires AC 110V~60Hz, 250W ±10%.

We recommend that the product work for 40 minutes and then rest for 20 minutes.
