Is there a way to reduce the pressure or flow of the pump?

Will this pump used engine oil. I have a waste oil furnace and store the drain oil in 55 gallon drums then in the winter I need to transfer it to the 275 gallon storage tank. I’m looking for a pump preferably with a filter on it.

This pump cannot use engine oil, as the viscosity of the oil is too high.
