Does water puddle on top of fabric. My experience is that it does. Does anyone else experience this?

Water does not pool on top of my weed cloth. Is there any chance that you put it down on the wrong side?

Is this good to use under a deck to seperate the gravel from the soil and allow water to run through it so I don't have standing water/ mosquitoes?

Used it on driveway, it drains fine with gravel on it. Don't know if it's UV stable, so might degrade if it gets a lot of sunlight.
