Hello Benway. There is a sensor in the thermostat , But there is no sensor line in the kit.

I have around 128 sqft to warm in the new bathroom. Would this system do that? I would think I would have to put the mat down through out the entire bathroom to keep it level? And we will have a free standing tub. Would I heat under it, or just heat around it? Thank you for the help. Patrick
