Yes it does...BUT the bolts that are supplied are the wrong thread. Had to use the old ones. The siphon tube filter was broke off inside of the tubing. Tried to get a replacement part, BUT there is no place on that web site or manufacturer to get parts. Once you have it....it is YOURS...
