Is there a secured flap on the cover so you can remove wood, or does the cover have to be taken off completely to access the wood? If it has a flap what holds it closed when down? Does the cover fold back out of the way when loading the cart with wood?

The cloth cover is a whole cover, without another flip cover. When taking out the wood, just lift the cover out.

What is the minimum length of logs this will carry without them falling thru rails? Seems like you logs have to be very wide to fit without falling thru. Thank you.
