Does this unit require both hot and cold water lines? I have changed out the shower head before and did not have to use 2 lines. To do so would require cutting the tile in shower to get to water lines. This is not a DYI project, cutting tile and wall to get to the water line. A plumber would be required, and they charge $150 per hour plus supplies used.

Hello Randy. It needs a hot and cold water pipe. If you only has a hot inlet pipe, you can connect the hot water inlet pipe which adjust temperature. You can connect any water inlet pipe of the shower, and the other water inlet pipe of the shower can be blocked by the jointoint.

It looks like you can only use one water function at a time. Is this the case? I would like to run the shower head and the jets at the same time.
