Pulling the handle up towards the seat should allow it to move up and down.

I’m not sure why yours won’t lower or raise I has a small hydraulic pump in the seat base with a handle on it. Much like an office chair. Problem with mine is the wheels are set in plastic which breaks with minimal use. Disappointing.

The lever that is mounted to the seat is the up and down control. Without sitting on the seat, pull the lever up and the piston on the seat post will push the seat up till it stops. Then if you sit on it and pull the lever upwards, the seat can be lowered in increments. If the pulling the lever up fails to allow up and down adjustments, I think you have a defective product as mine works very well and I weigh over 200 lbs

It not worth trying, the top is sturdy enough, but the bottom is junk. Buy something else, it's a rip off.

This is the same problem I had with this chair. My son tried to weld but did not work. I was a unable to send back because we were beyond 30 day return policy. I would suggest you send it back.

Hi Marco. The wheels on that stool appear to be sturdier than regular replacement wheels like for office chairs. My suggestion would be to contact VEVOR for the replacement wheel(s) especially if the stool is still under warranty. Good luck.
