Can this machine be used to remove epoxy/chip flake paint large from concrete patio?. Also polish concrete floors?

To remove epoxy, you need to purchase the appropriate PCD blades yourself. It is best to use some 10-inch diamond blades to remove debris. The two sets of blades currently equipped with the machine body can only grind concrete floors
