Is the cage for the mixer removable for cleaning?

It is not recommended to remove the dough bucket of the dough mixer. Just wash it directly. The dough bucket can be turned down by 90 degrees.

What is the best way to clean the mixer

This needs to put the water below the intermediate shaft, clean it with a scouring pad and a scraper, and finally release the bottom bucket and pour out the water.
