How do you adjust the hieght it dosent fold??... It looks like it would drag the ground while be towed

This product is not designed to be foldable, and it requires welding another bracket to achieve folding.

What is the size of the innermost square tube with the foot pad? (Will my wheel with 2" outer dimension square tube fit inserted in place of the pad?)

I doubt your wheel will meet the 8000 lb load capacity. Also the pad is an integral part of the adjustable shaft and pin lock.

Not sure what size your tube is but you would need to cut the foot plate off. It's fairly thin walled tubing.
