How do the leads connect to the reels? The pictures look to be showing that the leads can still be on the spool and weld at the same time. These spools can carry current, I'd be happy to buy them.

Wire connection method: There is a silver screw inside the cable reel. After you unscrew it, screw the wire back in. The machine's grounding wire is for static electricity prevention. The cable reel itself is manually operated, not an electric product.
