I got three of them and none of them ever worked

I found mine to shut off regularly due to the thermal breaker on the rear being defective. I purchased a better breaker/reset and has been running like a champ ever since. If you aren't having to press the reset on the rear perhaps yours is a different issue.

The inner diameter is 8mm, and it is recommended to be within 3 liters.
