I'm considering this fan to use in my outdoor kitchen. I would mount so it blows across at the top of my grill to push the smoke away when I am cooking and in place of a vented hood since it is open to the outside. Do you think this application will work?
This fan is not explosion-proof and is not recommended for use in oily smoke environments. After long-term use, the fan blades are prone to grease accumulation, which may cause the fan blades to lose balance and produce greater vibrations.
Based on the product information, it does not seem to have a timer function. The product description and features only mention oscillation, tilt, speed settings, and air flow capacity but do not indicate any timer functionality.
